Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting.
Age/Gender: Male or Female, minimum 17 years old.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and understands accounting procedures.
Character: Honest and possesses high integrity.
Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills to build professional relationships.
Work Ethic: Capable of working quickly and effectively under pressure.
Mindset: Detail-oriented and analytical.
Versatility: Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Duration: Minimum internship period of 3 months.
